Amara started her first job in Seattle at Zero Zero in 2008. Since then she has built up a loyal and aesthetically diverse clientele. She is known for her razor-cut wizardry, bodacious blow-outs, and creative coloring.
Outside of the salon, Amara is an artist and costume designer. She also works as a craftsperson and theatrical makeup artist at various theatrical establishments around Seattle.
Cassandra (she/her) has always had a passion for all things art related. She graduated with honors from Toni & Guy Academy and followed her formal education with a comprehensive apprenticeship program. Cassandra continues to take advanced education courses and has attended Intercoiffure, R&CO, and TIGI events. She is also Keratin/Cezanne certified.
While Cassandra’s passion for vivid fashion shades is obvious, her blonding color corrections and balayage are exceedingly beautiful. Developing strong client relationships allow her to create cuts and colors that make people feel confident and heard. Cassandra is positive, energetic, hardworking, sincere, and spirited. In her free time she loves spending time with her fur babies, rollerblading, playing tabletop/video games, drawing, and spending time with loved ones.

Hair slayer by day, actor by night, Chris has been in the industry since 2012. From classic styles of the working professional to edgy texture cuts and color, Chris is confident that all muggles alike will enjoy his hair magic. Craig appreciates all of his clients and the inspiration and advice he’s received from them over more than two decades of work in the industry. Craig reciprocates through modern texture and fluid coloring, helping everyone feel like themselves.
Jennifer Burdette is a stylist, Redken colorist and educator with 14 years of experience. She specializes in the design of wearable, approachable hairstyles and of natural rich colors. She loves creating inspiration boards for clients seeking a change of style or for a special event.
Jennifer's editorial work has been seen in national and local print ads, catalogs, film, and television. She styles on-site for everything from documentaries to private weddings. And she really likes honey in her coffee. Hint.
Kit is a thoughtful, versatile, and creative stylist. After completing advanced training, Kit found that they love working with texture and focused on all types of curls, waves, and the Brazilian Blowout process. There isn't a head of curls that Kit can't shape.
Bright colors are Kit's favorite. They magically blend shades for the oil-slick, rainbow-ombré, sunrise, unicorn flavor of their clients' dreams.
Kit is a genderflux, queer, trans human and uses they/them pronouns.
After studying at the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute, Mike joined the team at Zero Zero where he continues to hone his barbering skills and enjoys collaborating with his clients to create both bold, edgy colors and master classic cuts.
He also appreciates a good pun and will regale you with some of his own while you’re in his chair.
Oliver (they/them) is a trans non-binary person who has always been into hair, way back to when they were bleaching and buzzing friends’ heads at 13. Their interest in experimenting with visual representations of gender and personal style drove them to the hair industry.
Oliver focuses on bright colors, fades and clipper designs, balayage and blonding. They love collaborating with folx to achieve their weird fun hair dreams. Oliver spends their free time competing in local roller derby and relaxing with their four domestic rats and sweet pit bull mix.
After cutting, styling, managing, and educating for over a decade in the hair industry, Todd Lucas set about accomplishing one major goal: he opened the doors to Zero Zero Hair. As the years have gone on, the salon has grown and evolved, but Todd's original mantra has always rung true: "Cuts, color, and exceptional service." Todd has stood behind this from the beginning and has seen that motto carry its way through the stylists who have graced the salon since its founding.
Todd will put you at ease from the moment you sit in his salon chair. He's an certified expert in hair color, having educated for monumental color line Matrix over the years. He's also been featured by Seattle Met Magazine for his expertise with Chi thermal straightening. Seattle Weekly voted him "Best Barber To Talk Politics With," which is absolutely no surprise to any of us.
Toni was just a small town girl, living in a simple world. So she took the midnight train to Seattle where she stumbled upon the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute and decided to pursue a career in hair. Fast forward three years and Toni is now skilled in both modern and classic cuts, as well as multiple hair color techniques including balayage and brights. She can also give your hair a little more pep with a perm.
